This piece is essentially about an unfair advantage that a particular type of institution will enjoy in the market for OTC clearing – a controversial footnote to one of the CFTC’s new rules appears to allow traditional dealers to bundle together their clearing and execution services and cross-subsidise, giving them an edge versus both execution-only and clearing-only rivals.
I’m back from New York City! I’ve been really busy over the past few days, but will hopefully post some new New York illustrations over the weekend. In the meantime, here is my latest work for Risk Finance Magazine.
Another editorial illustration for The Times Higher Education. I apologise for the lack of updates. I’m still working at Cartoon Network and doing bits around London. Hopefully I will have more time in a couple of weeks to get back to a few neglected projects, plus a collaboration with Anna Charity.
